Tea with Cream
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min.
  • 1-1/2 quarts cold water
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbs. loose black tea
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. sugar, or to taste

Bring water to a gentle boil in a teapot or saucepan over high heat. Remove from heat and add tea. Let steep 5 minutes. If tea is too strong add more boiling water. Serve immediately with cream and sugar to taste.
