Warm Pears with Frozen Yogurt
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min.
  • 1-1/2 Tbs. unsalted butter
  • 2 lbs. pears, peeled, cored and cut into 1/4 inch thick slices
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 cups chocolate frozen yogurt
  • 1/2 cup caramel topping

Melt butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add pears and nutmeg and sauté 3 minutes. Stir in sugar and simmer 1-2 minutes, or until mixture is hot. Serve pears over frozen yogurt. Top with caramel.
