Pita Bread with Cheese and Sprouts

- 4 whole wheat pitas, cut in half
- 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1/4 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups alfalfa sprouts
- 1 tomato, cut into thin wedges
Spread mayonnaise in pita breads. Stuff with next 3 ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste.
