Curried Waldorf Salad

- 2 Red Delicious apples, cored and diced
- 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and diced
- 3/4 cup celery, sliced
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1 Tbs. walnuts, chopped
- 1-1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper, or to taste
- 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl and toss. Combine curry powder with the remaining ingredients. Add to apple mixture, tossing gently to coat.
