Heat 2-3/4 Tbs. oil in a wok over a high heat and fry the steak strips until brown. Remove and set aside. Heat remaining oil, add onion, green pepper, and mushrooms, fry over medium heat for several minutes. Reduce heat to low, stir in the steak strips, bean sprouts, and sweet and sour sauce; cook for 1-2 minutes. Serve with noodles or rice.
