Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Combine next 7 ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Heat butter in a heavy nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 3-4 minutes, stirring until browned. Stir in cheese mixture and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Keep warm. Cook pasta in a large pan of boiling water 10 minutes, or until al dente. Drain. Serve creamy chicken over pasta.
