Mini Chicken Tandoori Skewers
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 1 lb. chicken strips
  • mini bamboo skewer
  • 1/4 cup Tandoori paste
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

Soak bamboo skewers in water for 20 minutes before using. Thread chicken onto skewers. Combine Tandoori paste, yogurt and lemon juice; brush over chicken. Barbecue, pan fry, or grill, turning frequently until cooked through.
