Mango with Raspberries and Ice Cream

  • 4 cups mango slices, or papaya
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 2 cups natural vanilla ice cream
  • 4 sprigs fresh mint (optional)

Arrange mango slices on individual serving plates. Top with ice cream and sprinkle with raspberries. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
