Roast Pork
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 25 min.
  • 1 lb. boneless pork sirloin roast
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp. rosemary, crushed, or 1 Tbs. fresh, chopped

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place pork in a shallow roasting pan. Rub with garlic and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Roast 25 minutes per 1 lb., or until meat thermometer registers 160°F. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes before carving.
