Chilled Sherried Grapefruit
Prep: 10 min, plus chilling time.
  • 2 grapefruits
  • 2 ounces brown sugar
  • 2 Tbs. sherry

Cut grapefruit in half and loosen segments with serrated knife. Place on a plate. Top with brown sugar and sherry. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
