Place the mushrooms, onions, and thyme into a large bowl, pour over the grape juice and mix well. Cover and chill for about 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in boiling salted water 8-10 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and allow to cool. Just before serving, stir the pasta, grapes, and salt and pepper to taste into the marinated mushroom mixture. Serve lightly chilled.
