Zucchini Chips

- 1 ounce flour
- salt and pepper
- plastic bag
- 3/4 lb. zucchini, cut into thin slices
- oil
Mix flour with salt and pepper and put in a plastic bag. Add the zucchini slices and shake to coat well. Heat the oil in a deep pan until hot (about 375°F). Fry the zucchini, in batches if necessary, for 5 minutes. Drain on kitchen paper and then serve while still hot.
