Curried Mushrooms
Prep: 10 min, plus chilling time.
- 2/3 cup plain yogurt, or fruit yogurt
- 2 Tbs. purchased mango chutney
- 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbs. salad dressing
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- salt and black pepper
- 13 ounces button mushrooms, sliced
- fresh parsley or dill
Combine first 5 ingredients. Add mushrooms and mix well. Arrange in a serving dish and chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Top with parsley or dill.
