Turkish Cucumber Salad

- 2 cucumbers
- 2-1/2 cups plain yogurt
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup chives, chopped
Cut the cucumber into small cubes. Mix with yogurt, salt and pepper to taste and 1 Tbs. of the chives. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with remaining chives.
