Garlic Toasts
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 15 min.
  • 1/2 lb. French bread, cut into thin slices
  • 1/4 cup light Italian dressing
  • 1-1/2 tsp. coarse salt

Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange bread slices in one layer on two large baking sheets. Brush bread slices with dressing, sprinkle with coarse salt and bake about 15 minutes, or until golden. Recommendation: Serve with artichoke stew.
