Fresh Cranberry Relish
Prep: 10 min, plus chilling time.
  • 1/2 orange
  • 3/4 cup cranberries, coarsely chopped
  • 1 Golden Delicious apple, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 ounces seedless grapes, sliced
  • 2 ounces unsweetened pineapple chunks, finely chopped

Using a vegetable peeler, peel orange zest from orange and chop finely. Using a sharp knife, peel white pith from orange. Remove membranes from orange segments. Discard pith and membranes and chop segments. Combine chopped orange segments and remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
