Pizza Deluxe
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 1 baked cheese pizza crust, about 1 lb. each
  • 3/4 cup purchased pizza sauce
  • 6 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 green bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced crosswise
  • 2 ounces canned mushrooms, drained
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 500°F. Place crust on large baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce over crust. Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella. Arrange pepper and mushroom slices over top. Season with pepper to taste. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and topping is bubbly.
