Cheese Pockets

- 4 pita pocket breads, cut in half
- 1/4 lb. shredded fat-free cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeño pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F. Stuff cheese and peppers into pita loaves. Wrap in foil and bake in oven 15 minutes until cheese melts.
