Cheese Pockets
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 15 min.
  • 4 pita pocket breads, cut in half
  • 1/4 lb. shredded fat-free cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeño pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F. Stuff cheese and peppers into pita loaves. Wrap in foil and bake in oven 15 minutes until cheese melts.
