Cointreau Fruit Punch
Prep: 10 min, plus freezing time.
  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 cup Cointreau or other orange liqueur (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ginger ale
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced

Freeze half the cranberry juice in ice cube trays. In a punch bowl, combine remaining fruit juices and chill. Just before serving, add cranberry ice cubes, Cointreau and ginger ale. Garnish with lemon slices.
