Prosciutto and Avocado
Prep: 5 min.
  • 1 avocado, peeled and sliced lengthwise
  • 2 Tbs. fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 lb. thinly sliced prosciutto

Divide avocado evenly and arrange in a fan onto salad plates. Sprinkle with lime juice. Arrange prosciutto decoratively over avocado slices. Season with freshly ground black pepper.
