Prepare broiler or grill. Melt butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté mushrooms and onion 4-5 minutes until onion is soft. Sprinkle flour over mixture and stir 1 minute. Add water, wine and bouillon. Simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until sauce boils and thickens. Broil or grill steaks 4 minutes per side or until done as desired. Stir parsley into sauce. Serve sauce over steaks.
