Steamed White Rice
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 20 min.
- 1 cup vegetable stock
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup white rice
Bring stock and water to a boil in a saucepan over high heat. Stir in rice and immediately reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
Remove from heat and stand 5 minutes, covered. Fluff with a fork before serving.
