Fresh Strawberries with Lemon Cream and Cake

- 2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 Tbs. honey
- 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 4 slices pound cake
- 4 cups strawberries, hulled and halved
Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Place pound cake on individual plates. Top with strawberries and a dollop of lemon cream.
