Garden Salad with Salsa
Prep: 10 min.
  • 1 scallion, white part only, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/4 tsp. salt (optional), or to taste
  • 3/4 lb. garden salad
  • 2 Tbs. salsa
  • 1/2 cup fat-free Ranch dressing
  • 1 cup cool herb croutons

Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Add pepper to taste. Combine salsa and dressing. Add to salad and toss. Serve with croutons.
