Steamed Summer Squash
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min.
  • 1-1/4 lbs. summer squash, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1-1/4 tsp. unsalted butter

Place squash in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover saucepan and steam 3-4 minutes or until just tender. Drain and toss with butter. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
