Preheat oven to 400°F. Heat a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Sauté ground beef, mushrooms, onion and garlic 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently until beef is browned. Drain. Spread in a greased 10 inch pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl until smooth. Pour into plate. Bake 30-35 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. This recipe serves 8 people. Due to the nature of this recipe, it adjusts the number of servings in multiples of 8 only.
