Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine first 5 ingredients in a well greased 9 inch pie plate. Combine baking mix, milk and eggs in a bowl and stir with a fork until smooth. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with heated pizza sauce, if desired. This recipe serves 8 people.
