Buttered Corn

  • 1 lb. frozen corn
  • 1 Tbs. unsalted butter

Place corn in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover saucepan and steam about 4 minutes or until tender. Remove from pan and transfer to a bowl. Stir in butter and salt and pepper to taste.
