Mango Mousse
Prep: 5 min.
  • 1 lb. mango slices, drained
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 Tbs. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Combine mango and lemon juice in a food processor or blender and purée. Using a chilled beaters and bowl, whip cream until thick. Add sugar and vanilla and beat until stiff. Fold mango purée into whipped cream and serve.
