Preheat oven to 375°F. Sift together half the cocoa powder, 3/4 cup sugar and next 3 ingredients in a bowl. Stir in next 3 ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Pour into an 8 or 9 inch baking dish. Combine remaining 2 Tbs. cocoa powder, 1 cup sugar and hot coffee in a separate bowl. Pour over cake batter and bake 35-40 minutes until a tester comes out clean when inserted in center of cake. Serve upside down. This recipe serves 8 people. Due to the nature of this recipe, it adjusts the number of servings in multiples of 8 only.
