Leslie's Red Cabbage Herb Slaw
Prep: 10 min, plus chilling time.
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3 Tbs. tamari
- 1/2 head red cabbage, shredded
- 3 Tbs. fresh Italian parsley, chopped
- 2 tsp. caraway seeds
- 3 Tbs. fresh chervil leaves
Combine first 3 ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake vigorously. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl. Shake dressing again, pour over salad and toss. Chill 1 hour before serving.
