Gingery Cilantro Salad Dressing
Prep: 10 min.
  • 2 ounces soft tofu, drained
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 2 tsp. pickled ginger juice
  • 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. orange juice
  • 1/4 tsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. Brewer's yeast
  • 1 Tbs. pickled ginger, chopped
  • 1 Tbs. cilantro, minced

Beat tofu in a food processor or blender, or with a whisk, until very smooth. Add remaining ingredients in the order listed, beating well after each addition. Use immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
