Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 Tbs. unsalted butter
  • 4 thick slices smoked ham, about 1/4 lb. each

Simmer 3-4 minutes for soft boiled eggs or 4-5 minutes for hard boiled. Remove from heat. Drain eggs. Melt butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat. Sauté ham slices 2-3 minutes per side or until cooked through. Season eggs with salt and pepper to taste and serve with ham slices.
