Beef Sausage and Toast
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 lb. beef sausage, links, or formed into patties
  • 4 slices bread
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook sausage patties 4-5 minutes per side or until juices run clear when pierced with a fork. If using links, cook 10-12 minutes, turning frequently to brown all sides until cooked throughout. Toast bread and spread with mayonnaise. Serve sausages with toast.
