Milk Tea
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. black tea leaves
  • 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. sugar, or to taste

Bring milk to a boil in a heavy saucepan over medium high heat. Add tea and reduce heat to low. Cover saucepan and let mixture steep 3 minutes. Strain tea and serve with sugar to taste.
