Mix together tomato paste, wine, onion, cilantro, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Rub turkey breast with oil. Grill in covered barbecue, using indirect method for 10-15 minutes per 1 lb. to 170°F internal temperature. Brush with some sauce during last 1/2 hour of cooking time. Thin remaining sauce to desired consistency, bring to a boil and serve with sliced turkey.
