Crab Dip
Prep: 10 min, plus refrigeration time.
- 1 cup Ranch dressing
- 6 ounces crabmeat or imitation crabmeat
- 1/4 cup scallions, sliced
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with fresh vegetables or crackers for dipping.
