Vegetable Orange Spritzer

  • 2 cups low sodium vegetable juice, chilled
  • 1 cup plain or orange flavored seltzer water, chilled
  • 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. orange juice
  • 4 orange slices

Combine first 3 ingredients. Serve over ice cubes. Garnish with orange slices.
