Chicken Nachos
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 5 min.
  • 1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 10 ounces canned chunk chicken, drained
  • 10 ounces tortilla chips
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 scallions, sliced
  • 2 Tbs. sliced black olives

Combine first 3 ingredients in a saucepan over low heat. Heat through, stirring occasionally. Pour over chips. Top with tomato,scallions and olives.
