Salmon and Green Bean Salad
Prep: 10 min, plus refrigeration time.
  • 1/2 lb. can salmon, drained, broken into chunks, skin and large bones removed
  • 2-2/3 cups frozen cut green beans, thawed
  • 1-1/4 small onions, sliced, separated into rings
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 cup plus 3 Tbs. Italian dressing
  • 2 cups lettuce, shredded
  • 1-1/4 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges

Combine salmon, green beans, onion and garlic in a bowl. Pour salad dressing over salmon mixture and toss gently. Refrigerate to blend flavors. Serve on bed of shredded lettuce and garnish with tomato wedges.
