Beef Burritos
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 package burrito seasoning
  • 4 8 inch flour or corn tortillas, warmed
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup taco sauce

Sauté ground beef in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat 7-8 minutes, breaking up meat, until browned and cooked throughout. Stir in seasoning and divide into tortillas. Fill with lettuce, cheese and tomatoes. Roll up and serve with taco sauce.
