Quick Parfaits with Orange Sauce
Prep: 10 min, plus refrigeration time.
  • 1/4 cup salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tbs. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbs. orange juice
  • 1-1/2 tsp. orange zest
  • pound cake cube, or other small portions cake
  • 1 cup small pieces of fresh fruit

Mix first 5 ingredients. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Layer sauce with slices pound cake and fruit in parfait glasses.
