Quick Parfaits with Orange Sauce
Prep: 10 min, plus refrigeration time.
- 1/4 cup salad dressing
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbs. brown sugar
- 1 Tbs. orange juice
- 1-1/2 tsp. orange zest
- pound cake cube, or other small portions cake
- 1 cup small pieces of fresh fruit
Mix first 5 ingredients. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Layer sauce with slices pound cake and fruit in parfait glasses.
