Tarragon Chicken Salad
Prep: 10 min, plus refrigeration time.
  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cooked, cubed
  • 2/3 cup seedless red grapes
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise type salad dressing
  • 3/4 tsp. dried tarragon leaves

Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Serve with pita bread if desired.
