Garlic and Cucumber Raita
Prep: 5 min, plus chilling time.
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 Tbs. freshly crushed garlic
  • 1 tsp. cilantro, if desired
  • 4 pita breads, and/or fresh vegetables

In bowl, combine yogurt, cucumber and garlic. Cover and chill 20 minutes. Garnish with cilantro, if desired. Serve with pita bread wedges and/or fresh vegetables.
