Broccoli with Sunflower Seeds
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 cup onion, minced
  • 1-1/2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 Tbs. soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup roasted sunflower seeds, unsalted

Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Sauté onions 3-4 minutes or until golden. Add broccoli, soy sauce and water. Cover pan, reduce heat to medium and simmer 3-4 minutes, or until broccoli is bright green and tender. Serve sprinkled with sunflower seeds.
