Baked Fruit à la Mode
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 15 min.
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 2/3 cup blueberries
  • 2 plums, pitted and sliced
  • 1 peach, peeled, pitted and sliced
  • 2 Tbs. sugar
  • 1/2 cup sweet white wine or grape juice
  • 2 cups vanilla frozen yogurt

Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine all ingredients, except frozen yogurt, in a baking dish. Bake 15-20 minutes or until fruit softens. Serve warm with frozen yogurt.
