Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until well combined. Roll 2 tsp. of mixture (level measure) into a ball. Make additional balls until mixture is used up. Place balls in a single layer in the top half of a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover pan and steam about 8 minutes, or until cooked through. Cool and refrigerate.
