Pear and Blue Cheese Salad

- 1/3 cup plus 3 Tbs. slivered almonds
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. fresh chives, chopped
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2-3/4 Tbs. orange juice
- 4 medium pears, sliced
- 6 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
- 4 sticks celery, chopped
- lettuce
Preheat oven to 350°F. Toast almonds on oven tray 5 minutes. Combine next 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Add pears and mix gently. Stir in cheese and celery. Line bowl with lettuce and add pear mixture. Serve sprinkled with almonds.
