Prepare grill or broiler. Mix ground chicken with 1 Tbs. teriyaki glaze in a bowl. Stir in scallion and salt and pepper to taste. Working as quickly and gently as possible, lightly form into 4 4 inch round patties about 1/2 inch thick. Grill or broil about 6 inches from heat source 6-8 minutes. Turn burgers and cook another 5-6 minutes until cooked throughout, brushing occasionally with remaining teriyaki sauce. Serve on rolls with desired toppings.
