Turn on broiler. Arrange turkey ham in a shallow baking pan. Combine brown sugar and mustard in a bowl. Sprinkle over turkey ham. Pour milk over ham. Broil 5 inches from heat source 4 minutes, or until browned and bubbly. Remove from heat. Serve turkey ham with applesauce.
